Bachelorpad Season 2 Episode 1
HERE WE GO!!!! Bachelor Pad 2! I can honestly say I am excited to watch this. Putting this cast all in one house is gonna be like locking a bunch of pit bulls in a room and throwing in one piece of meat.
I’m not going to go over all their bios. I’ll just share a few things that stand out to me – but you will get to know how I feel about each one of this season’s contestants as we go on.
Right now, I am laughing so hard at the intro and looking back on all these people’s runs on the show.
Holy shit. Ella’s story is terrifying. Her step-father shot her mother right in front of her! So sorry . Poor girl.
I love Stags. You being upset about your breakup makes me want to give you a hug. I miss your smell, I miss being near you and sleeping in a bed next to you along with 15 other dudes. Wait what??? If you win this we should get an apartment together… wait what??? I meant shoot guns, make leather and drive heavy machinery together, clearly!
Alright bio’s are over and its game time!
Michelle Money is first out and looks super hot! I have gotten to know her in the past few months and think she is so sweet. I think you will all get to see a different side of her on this show.
Blake seems like a pretty cool dude.
Holly is next. I like her dark hair. You look sexy, babes. Legs for days and days.
Graham is a cool dude. Good looking guy and a charmer.
Justin Rated R actually seems like a wrestler now and is acting like one.
The princess. Hmmmm. “A little thick” was what blake said. I’ll let him take the heat for that, but agreed.
Vienna looks good. She has lost some weight and boobs look great. She is not even in the house yet and already in tears. Should explain how this show will be for her. No need to state the obvious but drama, drama, drama!
Ames walks in and I as usual, I can’t help but smile. Dude is awesome!
Gia looks great as always. I wonder if she will “just want everyone to get along” and then tell lies and argue with everyone again. LOL.. That worked out well for her last time.
Gia and Vienna are already at it and everyone is not even there yet.
Kasey is up next. He looks good. Must feel good walking in knowing you already have someone on your side…. However, not sure having Vienna on your side is necessarily a good thing.
Jackie walks in and Michelle has the funniest look on her face. I don’t know Jackie much but she seems cool from what I have seen.
Ally walks and seems to have a clean slate with everyone.
Melissa won my “bat shit crazy” award on her show and am curious to see if I was off with my judgment on this show.
Michael Stags!!!! My dog! I love this guy! So funny! And, with Holly in the house this should be interesting.
Ella seems to have a pretty clean slate as well.
William from Ashley’s season walks in and I’m already hoping I don’t have to listen to his stupid jokes very much longer.
Fake Jake finally arrives. If you really cant see through this guy’s BS, you probably voted for Obama. Now you know why we all call him fake Jake. Every time he speaks I want to vomit.
When Jake, Vienna and Kasey all met up it was super awkward. Wow.
Jake pulls Kasey aside and tells him he is happy for them. This is clearly bullshit and I’m glad Kasey see’s through it. (I thought Kasey handled it very well.)
Chris finally comes into talk to everyone. I can’t believe how much has gone down before he even had a chance to talk to everyone!
Kirk really shot himself in the foot by getting drunk and is now partners with Erica..hahahahaha Fail.
WTF? Jackie and Ames are making out the second morning???? Wow. Did not see that coming.
The first competition they have to pair up. The competition is hanging above a bed holding onto each other and the last to let go, wins.
Gia’s underdog pick does not seem to be working out for her.

Of course it comes down to Jake & Jackie and Vienna & Kasey.
Jake and Jackie won. I gotta give it to him. Job well done sir and great job Jackie.
Vienna is really pissed at Kasey. I think he did the best he could. She is acting like a child and should be building him up not putting him down. This is only the first competition. This should give you an idea of what kind of person we are talking about here. Should I really say any more?
I feel bad for Kasey, but at the same time he is the one who has chosen to be with her. You can tell a lot about a person by whom they choose to be in relationships with. Fact!
Am I missing something? When did Jackie and Ames develop such strong feelings?
There is so much strategizing going on right now I can’t type it all out.
Justin seems to be the Gia of this season so far even though Gia is there?? Does that make sense> He is trying to play both sides and telling lies and hoping everyone will get along. Guess what. They did not on my show and they won’t on this one either! Playing both sides will only work for so long.
Jackie and Jakes date is about as cool as a steamy pile of fresh dog poo. Jake is doing a number on Jackie. Hilarious how gullible people are. Everything he is saying is BS. Jake does not care about Vienna at all and never has. All show.
Jackie says maybe they should give the rose to Vienna. That is probably the dumbest idea I have heard yet but coming from Jake would not surprise me.
Listening to Gia and Jake talk about chess is like listening to 5 year olds talk about their farts. “you never win without the queen.” LOL. Actually you do all the time.
I can’t help but laugh at Gia. She has been through all this before and still does not get it. Hahaha. Talking about Jake she say’s “he hurt me, the one person I thought wouldn’t.” Surprise!
Jake only gave her the rose so he could give that speech on national television. Its all set up. He is full of it and everyone there knows it. Phony. Vienna is actually right this time.
I hope to god there is no one buying this from him or your about as smart as Gia was for trusting him. If you are buying it, please get up from reading this and go stick scissors in a light socket.
Alley and Justin might be in trouble here. They are both trying to be on both sides and I’m telling you that does not work. How did they not see this on the last show?!?!
Yep! That’s what they get. Let this be a lesson. Being two-faced will get you sent packing.
Justin’s exit was pretty hilarious. Nobody even watched Alli walk to the car. Lol Poor girl. I think she is a nice person caught in a situation she was not sure what to do in.
Can’t wait for next week!!!! Good show!
P.S. Does it drive anyone else crazy how Vienna looks up and away whenever she is talking to someone? What is that?
I think it should have been the Jake/Vienna/Kasey show. Can’t believe Kasey allows her to talk to him the way she did, give Jake credit for giving her the rose and asking to speak to the “both of them”. When did Vienna and Kasey become the “Key Bach. fam couple” Every1 hated Vienna and so many thought Kasey was a tool. It’s funny how things change. Stop the drama, the crying and let the challenges begin. It could be a good season, but they have to step away from Kasey. Vienna and Jake. Ratings, I know.

I really can’t see this season being as good as last. It just isn’t as entertaining without your hot bod running around in swim trunks half the time. Last season’s cast was much more attractive!
AMEN Dave! I have been saying that about Vienna since the beginning of the torture on The Bachelor.. Eye contact is very important and only proves she can not be trusted.

Jackie’s true colors came out on the Women Tell All epi when she viciously attacked Michelle Money. That girl has a rude, crude mouth on her. Destroyed the innocence she tried to portray on the show. I hope she’s not just using Ames…..he deserves better.

What got me the most was the fact that the whole 3 hours was concentrated on Vienna’s drama only. The only time we had a chance to get away from it was the one-on-one date, but OH what do you know?! Jake gets it & spends the whole time talking about Vienna. SERIOUSLY?! I’ve definitely seen through Jake since the break-up, but I’m getting tired of her as well. She WANTS drama.. getting mad at your bf cause he couldn’t hold you up for an hour? Really? Get real. How did she get lucky enough to find someone with such patience? It really gets me..
Personally, I was looking forward to seeing a lot more Holly & Michael! Wtf? Where were they this episode? Same with Ames.. was he even in the house at all? Honestly, for a three hour show, they could’ve done a lot better job. Erica is just ridiculous, she won’t last long, that’s for sure.
If Michael & Holly don’t get back together this season, I might be heartbroken. They were so good together! & they’re both currently suffering, you can see it!
please please please explain to me what is appealing about Vienna, please explain to me David…I just don’t get it, she’s cock-eyed for Pete’s sake!

It’s funny because on the season you were in, of Bachelorette, I thought you were a jerk. …but the more I watched you on the Bachelor Pad, the more I thought you were a petty cool guy! lol I was glad you won! My opinions of Michelle have started to change on this episode too, but I don’t think Melissa will lose her “bat shit crazy” award… she’s just too much! lol
Watching the preview for the rest of the season, how are Kasey and Vienna still together? Will they be after the show airs and they see the commentary of each other like her saying the only reason she is there is for the money and she would take the $$ over Kasey and yet she expects him to play for her and he wants to play as a team – it’s a two way street girl. And then when he says that Jake isn’t the fame whore that Vienna is? wowzers! I can’t imagine her taking that well. Her current bf taking Jake’s side?
I think Vienna has been nothing but a spoiled brat all her life and when she doesn’t get her way she sobs and plays the victim! And people are supposed to go out of their way for her and bend over backwards and get her everything she wants! She needs to grow up and get a reality check – should have got it before her nose job as she’s still looks like a horse!
I think it takes a special person or a dang fool to love someone as nuts as she is emotionally and mentally. I think Kasey has to be both to tolerate her! He deserves better!
Dave-Loved your analysis of the first episode. It’s obvious both Jake and Viennna are fame whores who crave the drama and attention. I do feel sorry for the boyfriend though. He doesn’t come across as the type of guy that can normally handle a girl like that. She is going to use the crap out of him before she eventually dumps him. I think this season will be decent enough but none of the guys hold a candle to the eye candy of last season, namely you!! However as good looking as you are, it was your game play I liked more then anything. Good luck with your book and looking forward to next week’s show!

You have really impressed me on Beatdown; I got a totally new impression of you compared to what I perceived on Pad last year. I think you would make a great Bachelor, if you’re interested. I would only hope you would be able to speak your mind on the show. Small point on your blog … The font needs to be bigger to work against the black background. It also should have serifs to make it easier to read. It takes forever to read your blog, just because of these things, and it tires the eyes. I don’t mean to be negative; I just want your stuff to be read and appreciated. A slight change would help old folks like me, lol!
I hope a second comment isn’t overdoing things but I just have to say I cannot stand Jake Pavelka in any way or for any length of time. His gameplan as the Bachelor was to “fall” for the bad girl so that lil’ ole’ ladies would exclaim, “Oh, that poor boy! He’s been caught by that TERRIBLE girl! (I’ll bet it’s all about S-E-X!!!)” OMG I don’t believe a single thing that comes out of his mouth. When Jackie suggested he give the rose to Vienna, he practically choked. Do you think it’s the one thing he hadn’t planned on? Or was it exactly what he wanted to do and he simply couldn’t believe that Jackie put the opportunity in his lap? The man is GAY–not that there is anything wrong with that! But don’t lie to the world and take people down with your charade. This isn’t the era of Rock Hudson having to pretend he’s a man’s man and acting in movies that have him playing a cad or masquerading as an innocent in the clutches of an experienced woman. But this is the Jake script. The man sickens me in every way. I wish he would just go away forever. Please, no one encourage him!!! Thanks for letting me get that off my chest!

So coming from someone who has never personally met any of the bachelors or bachelorettes, the whole Jake and Vienna thing is annoying to watch. I want to believe that they are both not all bad. David, if you had to choose one of them to go to the finale in this show, which would it be?
i fell for it, i know i know! but his story kinda seemed legit that she sold him out? and i think Viennas literally crazy and one of those girls i’d stay far far away from just because of the drama she brings!
