David gained national notoriety in 2009 when he first appeared on ABC’s “The Bachelorette: Season 5” (Jillian Harris’ season). On the show, he won the first-impression rose. Among the male contestants, David was also chosen to be a team member for the day by the Harlem Globetrotters.
In 2010, he joined 20 past “Bachelors” and “Bachelorettes” on ABC’s summer hit “Bachelor Pad.” The participants were united under one roof in a competitive reality series to compete for $250,000. David and partner Natalie Getz ultimately won the competition!
Today, David travels around the country in support of his new book, “The Man Code.” He’s proud to extend proceeds from his book to benefit cancer research.
What is “Man Code”
David Good defines “man code” as an unwritten code of conduct that governs the standard to which a man holds himself and other men. It is a guide to masculinity, as well as to the high degree of respect a man should pay the women in his life. “Understanding the code,” David says, “empowers women to get more out of their relationships with traditional ‘guy’s guys’.”
“The Man Code: A Woman’s Guide To Cracking The Tough Guy” gives women a look under the hood, revealing how men apply this code, as it pertains to relationships from the boardroom to the bedroom.
“The Man Code” is straight talk that goes directly to the head, heart and funny bone — helping women crack the code and decipher the men they’re attracted to but don’t understand.
